Furthermore, even for information that does not fall under the timely disclosure regulations, we will endeavor to transmit it accurately and fairly to investors through appropriate methods, taking into account the purpose of timely disclosure.
In addition to the performance forecasts submitted to the Tokyo Stock Exchange, where our shares are listed, the Company may provide information regarding performance outlook through other methods. Furthermore, information regarding plans, forecasts, strategies, etc., may be included in news releases, Q&A sessions at financial results briefings and analyst meetings, etc. This information is based on information available at the time of creation and is judged to be reasonable by the Company's management, and includes risks and uncertainties. To prevent the leakage of important information and ensure fairness, the Company, in principle, designates the period from the day following each quarterly closing date until the announcement date of the quarterly financial results as a quiet period.
